CAY-60 is a blended Saccharomyces cerevisiae live yeast product designed for the enhancement of rumen function. The live yeast component in CAY-60 can help control the pH in the rumen, thus reducing the risk of ruminal acidosis. When the incidence of ruminal acidosis is reduced, there is
a better environment for improved fiber digestion, which leads to peak cow performance. CAY-60 is formulated to deliver 60 billion colony forming units
at a 2 oz. feed rate. CAY-60 is also available in a concentrated formulation (CAY-60c) which delivers 60 billion CFU’s per 1/3 oz. feed rate.
